More and more `arry is being quoted that they`re not going to spend. He said on talkshite the other day that they pulled out of the Raul deal as "it wasn`t something they could finance". He`s either laying the foundations for his excuse for falling out of the top 4 at the end of this season or he`s been given fuck all.

Just when they get in the CL they stop spending - master-stroke! the people behind the people behind Spuds are supposed to be mega rich aren't they? But I think they got walloped a bit in the financial crash.
