You could be right but I'd be surprised if Hughes was so keen to sign a lazy bastard. Doesn't seem to fit with Hughes' character to me.
This is the guy that turned up before pre-season started last year to work with the physios on getting a head start - don't forget. (Then promptly re-injured himself) I don't think anyone can accuse him of being lazy.
