It's a shame the last version doesn't work anymore, I can't read any of the posts.

Anyone worried about players being axed? The likes of Weaver, Dunne etc? I was just considering the idea that if Ranieri comes in, has 600million to spend, wipes out the whole team and starts from scratch, how we'd feel about it.

I'd be pretty miffed, if we won something at that cost it'd have a bitter taste. It wouldn't be the team you support, it'd be a badge a stadium and a history. Generally for me it'd feel like a last straw from sentiment => buisness with sentiment => complete buisness. Last time the chairman changed i didn't care about finances and the like, just the football and the club. Maybe that was 'cause i was younger, or it was a blip at the time compared to this, or perhaps wasn't in the media or anything. Infact i still thought Bernstein was our chariman about a year after he wasn't. So it could just be me having never really experienced the change so much.

I know it's all theoretical and we won't have anything like that kind of money, but if a new era is to come, we'll likely be facing these scenarios over longer terms.

What about the site before that?

Just looked at some of the members on that one and wonder happen to them, don't recall failsworthblur for example posting on here recently?

Which begs another question, I haven't seen any pre-season updates from our old friend Kippax? seem to remember he got the hump with the bickering on here a while back during the wholes Hughes thingy???

I may not be a prolific poster, but I have been loyal if nothing else, really wish I had the time that some seem to have.

Normally by the time I've had time to read the topics, my views have already been covered by others! I'm not a fan of "/\this/\ or what he said"

The site was a proper eye burner back then, anyone with a large post count back then is now prob wearing glasses now.
I was classified as a Maurizio Gaudino-esque Car Thief back then.
