It depends on if I am interested if I want an update on the team: Like the Joleon Lescott signing, I was there about 6 billion times a day. But now I just visit it a couple of times a day and get my web fix from fastfootball.net.

On average once a day. I never used to bother but the OS is now probably the best official football team website. Plenty of fans from other teams have said they wished their team had one as good as ours.

Same as this place during the working week, log on & open IE then have both open in tabs all day running in background, then when i get chance i have a scoot round.

Also have a RSS ticker with link to OS on, so if something big happens i can stop what i'm doing and just go straight there.

Weekends i'll look at OS & here on Blackberry in between doing things.

Have only really been daily visits to OS since the new version, the old sites RSS page had stories that wee 18 months old (unless i was doing summat wrong).
