I'd like to see the back of him but at the same time quiet like the thought of him sitting on a plane back to Manchester this evening looking a bit lost. Hopefully, it would be gently raining on touchdown.

Another line concerning a Manchester City striker whose future has been up in the air and reports in Italy claim the Premier League club have blocked talks with Lazio regarding a deal for Roque Santa Cruz as they do not want to lose any more players.

I don't get it! They've just signed Ibra on loan, could they afford Robbie's 160 grand too?

Aye, a very good player. According to the BBC he turned down Liverpool, Benfica and Tottenham to go to Birmingham. Fair play to the Brummies.

Skysports.com understands Leeds have agreed a fee with Manchester City to sign Adam Clayton on a permanent deal.
The 21-year-old midfielder is currently on loan at Elland Road from the Premier League big-spenders, having switched for one month in early August.
He has made two brief substitute appearances during his time with the Championship club so far, coming on against Derby County on the opening day of the campaign and then at Nottingham Forest.
Clayton, a former England Under-20 international, impressed during a spell on loan at Carlisle in League One last season and Whites boss Simon Grayson has seen enough potential to attempt to sign him permanently.
Leeds have made a solid start to the season on their return to the Championship, as they look to build on their promotion from League One last term.
