This is all true, problem is he never seems to score, which for a striker is a bit of a problem.

I'd choose Jo of the two, but i'd choose Caicedo before either.

Seems like Caicedo is the new forgotten man lol, I hope he has the chance to prove himself to Mancini, I think he's capable of doing a job for us, probably more so than Roque is....

Xmas 2008 I remember he went through an exceptional phase and then got dropped randomly and disappeared into obscurity, I remember when he put two past Hull and I thought this man is going to be a sensational second striker.... I can admit when i'm wrong, but I do think he has more to offer.

He'll link better with Tevez than Adebayor will. Hope he gets fit because I think hes worth persevering with ahead of Jo and in certain situations Adebayor. If Mancini has the one up front system as his number one then he wont figure much because he doesnt have the mobility but for all those frustrated with Adebayors reluctance to challenge in the air we have someone who can do that.

RSC has the right attitude in terms of wanting to fight for his place as opposed to bitching and moaning to the press. I hope that his form can match his attitude and he stays fit for longer than 5 minutes!!

no one anywhere would be willing to match his wages. Instead of taking a pay cut and taking a challenge of playing, he will just rather sit on the bench, or more like in treatment room, and pick up his wages for doing nothing.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

A fit and raring RSC is better than a fit and raring Adebayor.

A shame we will never get a fit and raring RSC. I'd rather we would of cashed in and tried to recoup some of that £17.5m Hughes paid for him.

The lad is no stranger being 4/5th choice striker and having to make do with cameo 10 minute sub appearances, he had them for half a decade at Bayern Munich and was fairly consistently slotting in 5-10 goals a season. I think he's better than that but whatever, If he's happy with a bit part everyone else should be too because he'll do just fine at it.

Can't blame him, if some guy came up to me and offered 20 million to sit on a plank once a week for 4 years I know what I'd do.

Roque is in the final 25 - no suprise there as he makes up our 4 strikers option with super mario not needed to be included

If Roque could get a run of games I reckon he'd surprise a few here, what with the supply line we can now give him.

Problem for him now is that, even if fit, he's unlikely to play.

I agree, Milner is one of the best at crossing from wide and deep. Johnson is improving all the time and delivers ball after ball from the byline.

RSC is excellent at finding space in the 6 yard box and would get a easy tap ins. The last 3 games have highlighted that we do not get many men into the 18 yard box so RSC actually has something different to offer than Carlos (in my own half) Tevez and Manu (hugging the touchline) Adebayor.

Would be good to bring on in a Sunderland type game of last week and revert to a 4-4-2 and cross the ball into him and Balotelli. Shake up the tactics a little if they haven't worked before 70mins and make the opposition defend crosses and headers.

Surprisingly, he's been fit for the last 3 months. He played in the WC and came through without injury !! And I presume he's still fit. Did he play in any of the pre-season matches.

interestingly, i said to a friend today who was breaking my balls about our loss to Sunderland that if we had played a 4-4-2 with Tevez partnered with RSC we would have beaten Sunderland handily. i believe that.

cheers
