RAG2: I still think they are small time. I struggle to be as bothered about them as Liverpool. It will probably change when/if they start winning things. Until then, let them be deluded and talk the talk. My reply will always be 34 (depending on the year) fucking years.

There is a common theme coming from these posts. They make out that we are obsessed with the Manchester rivalry and they are not...but they keep banging on about City.

I don't mind admitting that the rivalry between City and The Dark Side means a lot to me, I am with Kevin Keegan on that......I love it when they lose. I love it when they make shit signings and I love it when they talk unadulterated shit like Neville does every time he opens his mouth so everyone can laugh at them.

We probably all know some of their fans who genuinely feel City are going to be a threat but even then they bang on about history and success and all that bollocks.

Didn't John68 write a brilliant post once about all their success being built on the Munich crash but many of the people involved were always treated like crap by the club? I was trying to find that article so I could show it a couple of them just to get them to shut the fuck up.

IBH, sometimes you should post a link to the thread you lift this from. I'd like to see what the rest of the rags say. Most that I know are very philosophical about the whole thing. I have genuinely decent debates with them and most accept that we're on a rapid rise whilst they're plummeting.
