I'll have to think about it.

You were campaigning for less players a few weeks ago.

We need to divide 38.50 between the players. Its not ideal but we either stump up each week or jack it in.

I'll be ok next week. My neck was fucked after last week, and although still tender, its mending. There is no way I'm fucking it up again so soon, it was murder.

Ok I'll start.

Firstly, everyone is gonna miss games for different reasons. Whether it be that you are skint, have work or injured, it doesn't matter. It's gonna happen. However if people don't turn up, the people who do are left to pay the bill. We paid near a tenner the other week. This week we would of paid nearly 8 quid. That's roughly 18 quid for 2 games of football! That's why I was debating it today. As a once in a while I don't mind but twice is the last 3 games... no thanks.

I do prefer to play with less players but don't like paying out the arse for it. I'm skint as fuck until November (hopefully) and besides that I think that anythin over a fiver is too much for what it is. That's tough shit on my part but thought i'd voice my thoughts incase anyone else thinks the same.

So I think we need to decide how many players we want, how much you are willing to pay per game each and also to get a better roll call system. Maybe do the roll call on Friday on here and also by text. That way there is no reason for lack of replies. Also gives us the weekend to recruit other players if needed.

Just wonderin what everyone else thinks. p.s apart from last week I've really been enjoyin this!

it costs £38.50 per week regardless

4 players = £9.62 each
5 players = £7.70 each
6 players = £6.42 each
7 players = £5.50 each
8 players = £4.81 each

I want to play each week but cannot be arsed running around after players all the time. Ric works shifts so will always be able to tell us when he is not available, but if we can only get 5 sometimes, then its going to cost and there is no way around it.

7 players is 3 subs though. Just statin the obvious lol. Maybe then we need to work out the subs better, as in time them better. I know Chris got injured the other week but he did have to go off twice as a sub as everyone had already been off once, so it was effectively his turn again. That was unfair on him.

I don't wanna give it up at all, just maybe we need to work it better.

I should be able to play next week but still havent kicked a ball since then so not sure how ill be. But it sounds as though you will have plenty next week, so ill sit out. You cant play with 6 every week if you think its steep to play an hour of football, thats why it helps to have 8. The only other thing i can think if you all decide to jack it in is play once a week at platt lane ? if SOF could arrange it... but i suppose thats a last resort as i wouldnt like to see you guys jack it in.
