Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Sorry if this thread is a little pointless - in fact I know it is, but at least I have warned people of that!
My friend works as a groundskeeper willy for a school in Hale (I think).. that school is attended by children of Shay, and both the Toures - and my friend speaks regurlarly with all the fathers.
Things I thought I'd share:
On Harts blooper: whilst Shay was delighted to see it happen, he knew the cameras would pan to him, so he kept as straight a face as possible - possibly just banter with my mate / possibly deserved hope he'd regain his spot / possibly worrying?
Kolo: as nice a person as you'd wish to meet - he has been round on play-dates several times
Yaya: His son (6 yrs) has been expelled within 3 days
As I said, useless.. but thought I'd share it nonetheless!

Shay's kids attend a school in Alderley Edge called Ryleys, very posh school!
(He has also just bought a new house in Alderley Edge, which I forgot to post up the other day......dunno but sort of makes it surprising that he would be considering somewhere as far as Newcastle with his kids only starting at Ryleys last year and him just buying a new house the other week!)
Other random ITK, Andy Dibble often drinks in the Coach and Four pub in Wilmslow......Priceless I know!
(Haha and my source >>> Ma Mum!)

Either that or the're the politest, best behaved kids you could ever meet. Get away with nothing.

I wonder if they say things like "Yes Miss, I agree that the importance of homework can't be stressed enough. We can talk the talk and up our capabilities right through the weekend but when it comes to Monday morning, and you step out onto that classroom floor, you have to back it up with solid handwriting" roughly three times a week?

PMSL
And then they produce average homework repeatedly.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Not sure if we should be posting 'rumours' about peoples kids on here really.
Players maybe, kids, not so sure.
Just my opinion

if solid handwriting means staying on the line, then I bet the Given offspring are tops at it.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

excellent!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
