A stoke win over the geordies would end the weekend nicely.

Well for one who cares really? Why is it so important that they give us the big up. I don't really care about these peeple, all I care about is what happens to City.

Secondly, considering that Chelsea lost to us before a ball was kicked elsewhere in the premiership this weekend, then he's right, it has ended up being a good weekend for Chelsea they have maintained a 4 point lead after such a bad start to the weekend. And in a back handed way maybe he is complimenting City, because perhaps he's suggesting it wasn't a disgrace for Chelsea to lose at City, especially when compared with their other rivals who dropped points against teams where they perhaps expected to take all 3.

I care because its my club, if you don't care becasue its your club then fair enough. I am tired of us seeing our efforts derided, belittled and poked fun at. Fortunately, it won't be too long before we are in the higher reaches and part of the cozy elite but I will still feel some sense of grounding for those who suffer the same as we have this last.......(however long I care to remember).

It has been a good weekend for Chelsea though hasn't it? They've dropped points, and no one has really made up any ground on them except for us.

I'd definitely rather have Newcastle over Stoke in Prem. I'm hoping for a home win here.
