My son's first game?

Postby AlpsMaster » Sun Sep 26, 2010 4:44 pm

I'm the proud father of four City fans and only my youngest son who is 8 has yet to visit Eastlands and witness his first live City game.

I'm just wondering which game to try to get tickets for as the last time I took one of my kids to their first game we bombed 0-3 to Forest!!!!!

Any suggestions?

How about one of the 2 other Europa League ties. Should be plenty of tickets and hopefully a winning start for him

Why not try one of the Europa games, cheap games to visit as well? May not suit due to school etc, if that's the case then why not try are next home against the Barcodes? There should be a good atmosphere, especially with Joey coming back, and I'd expect a few goals and a win for us.

Thanks for the advice guys.

I think the Europa games are the best idea. As you say there are usually plenty of tickets going for these games.

Unfortunately the only one when I am not working is the Salzburg game on 1 December. Guess this will give him something to look forward to and an incentive to keep his bedroom tidy between now and then!!!!

Arsenal. We'll beat them, the atmosphere will be great & Adebayor will do something bizarre, dreadful or wonderful even if he only plays two minutes.

it's a shame you're working, they're doing a three for two offer for all three of the group stage home legs, children get the offer too.
