Dubbers, I'll have a go at the man management thing. I thought his subs were spot on and both changed and stabilised the game.

I thought the first two subs could have been made after 10 minutes. In fact in knowing that Newcastle were going to compact the centre, why the fuck didn't we start with two wingers and stretch the cunts. Adebayor was a constant threat, held up the ball better, got flick on headers and makes a nice big fucking target. De Jong and Milner in the middle, can work, WILL work and add in defensive midfielders when the game is turning against us, we need to hold a lead or against tougher opposition than the fucking barcodes.

All in all, he made the right decisions late on that should have been in from the start. So better late than never I guess but let's not be writing him a parade for doing what any idiot could have seen had to be done from the Juve game.
