That`s cos we`ve ruined football. I think we should ban NDJ until Crossans back doing home and awy again.

Crossan mate time moves on it never stands still. In time we evolve more and more and thats what our club has done it has evolved and it will keep evolving untill it becomes the best in the world mate.I loved Maine Road but we outgrew the place surely you can see that and thats my point we are now like a teenager we want to be the biggest and best out there on the street corner and fucking the fittest bird on the estate. One thing remains constant though and thats our love of City so dont chuck in the towel mate coz your love will always be there.

i think it's crossan that has lost his sense of humor, basically. He's just projecting onto all of us because it's something he never thought would happen to him, and it scares him.

I mean, if you still had a sense of humor, wouldn't you laugh at the irony of the situation? Didn't we ourselves play the 'poor little city' card as fans? 'If we only had some money,' 'we're so skint' 'nothing will ever take our sense of humor away' ... then we stop being skint, get some money, get some great players in, players we would have killed to even be linked with in the past, and we finally are backing a club in a strong position, with only good things in the future ... and all this positive movement behind the scenes, is what actually causes the fans to go sour.

Just seems strange to me.

When was the last time you went to watch city live Mate?
When was the last time you went in the Townley pre-match and had a great time with a wonderful bunch of people off here and their mates and families?
When was the last time that you wandered expectantly to the ground for a live game and mingled with 40,000+ other Blues and picked up on their excited vibe as they entered the ground?
When was the last time that you stood in the ground and sang your heart out for the lads or screamed emotional abuse at a ref for a wrong decision?
When was the last time that you heard the banter from the City fans (who are just as funny) against the opposing team or fans? When was the last time you jumped off your arse and into the air as the ball hit the net and your heart exploded with joy?

Fuck all has changed mate...It's where your heart is. It is and has always been about the sky blue shirts on overpaid players and sky blue scarves on underpaid fans. It ain't about a player's wage packet, it is about the passion in your heart.

If you don't go anymore then you won't get the vibe...and if you are reliant on the media to convey the City experience to you...then no wonder it aint the same mate.

Crossan, we heard you the first second third fourth and umpteenth time you bored us with this shit.

If you don't like City of today just stop following the club and please please please stop thinking that anyone is interested in listening to this same dull repetetive shite about the club having its heart ripped out. Just do a BTAJim and deactivate your account. If the club and its fans are now so awful why on earth are you interested in posting here?

I don't want anyone to think that I don't want City to win anything I really would be happy if they did but I was one of the many City fans who crtitsised Chelsea for 'buying' the premiership and F.A Cup when they first won them,I cannot be a hypocrit and feel pleased that we are doing the same,I am sorry if that offends any of you on here but that is how I feel, the Manchester City that I knew and loved no longer exists and that is a painful thing to feel.

If being a hypocrite precluded people from being football supporters there would be none left. The ones currently complaining about us will jump for joy if they find themselves in the same position in the future. For decades, most teams that have won the league or challenged for it have 'bought' it & the real hypocricy is from the ones who pretend they haven't.

If having Swales run City was better than the current situation...well I just can't see what planet you're on mate. Good luck though.

I wish fire had never been found, electricity invented etc - progress mate - pining for the past only works if 'things stay the same' and it is possible to cling to that old 'treasured' environment - they do not and the game has changed out of all proportion since the start of the PL.

It was either go the way of Notts Forest etc or be lucky - well if you are going to choose the be lucky way - then celebrate - because we won the lottery

Ps - I still wish I had a 29" waist, but.....

Why though?

Your opinion is not based on any facts. You dont go to games, your feelings are based on information you get through the media and from other people. You dont know how things are at the club, you only think you know.

So again why? What is the purpose of your post? Do you want other fans to agree with you to validate your opinion? Do you want them to change your mind by presenting different information?

Or are you just posting a sensationalist view point to create a reaction?......that sir, is the definition of a wind up merchant.
