arnie arrnason (spell error) double save away at spurs in the cup - won 4-3 (with thanx to joey)
niall quinn penalty save v derby county - a game we won quinn scored.

I remember a brilliant double save by Weaver at home, in front of the North Stand, from Leeds, Harry Kewell was involved.

Other than that, Arnesen's and Given's away to Everton (Elano and Robinho game, point blank reflex save right at the end from Given, tipping it over the bar.)

From my shoddy memory 1st thing in the morning here are mine.

Joe Hart away at Pompey a dew seasons back in a 0-0 tipping one onto the bar.

Shay Givens 1st game for us agianst Boro I think made a string or rediculous saves.

Shay against Chelsea the pen to equalise from Frank.

Arason double save against Spurs in the cup.
Tracking back is overrated.

David James from a point blank Lampard shot at the Bridge.

Joe Hart tipping around the corner from a long range Liverpool effort.

Shay Given in any one of about a half dozen 1-on-1's vs boro in his first game.

Peter schmeichel at Anfield was one of my favs, think it was against Baros.

I actually loved the Joe Hart one this season against Liverpool when he makes the double save and gives it the big come on with Kolo when he gets back up.

the niall quinn penalty save from dean saunders came after tony cotons sending off, i think we won the game 1-0 ,quinn had scored earlier.

ps- found this interesting goalkeeping fact .. manure could have lost 9-0 !!. =.....Other goalkeepers to achieve this feat include Manchester United's Gary Bailey, who saved three penalties against Ipswich Town at Portman Road in 1980 but still conceded six goals from open play, and Huddersfield Town's Matt Glennon, who saved three spot-kicks in a League game against Crewe Alexandra in 2007.

There was one later in that game, where someone leathered it from 25 yards and he just stuck his arm out like a pole, it bounced off the top of his arm and over the bar.

Was not particularly spectacular, but I just remember thinking that save personified the quality of the guy, it would have taken most other keepers' arm off and he didn't even budge.

Hart made some pretty decent saves against spuds this season. Joe Corrigan made a couple of blinders in the 81 Cup final and a couple at Anfield when we won 3-1 (he got a bottle on his head for his efforts)
