Roberto Mancini will head a stellar guest list at the opening Fans' Forum of the season next week at the City of Manchester Stadium.

Blues boss Roberto will be joined by World Cup winner David Silva, England star James Milner and Chief Football Operations Officer Brian Marwood to take your questions on Thursday, October 28.

Tickets for the forum, in the Commonwealth Suite at 6pm, will be allocated at random. To apply, please email roadshow@mcfc.co.uk with your name, address and the quantity of tickets required - maximum four per application.

Successful applicants will be notified by email or phone on Monday, October 25.
