Just to keep this where it can be found for regular updating. Add Sunderland to that list.

Can he score against every team before he finishes his career or at least all the regular PL teams?

How many seasons has he been a professional for? He was a Joe Royle signing and that was a long time ago.

Most red cards is less enviable record but let's hope Dunne doesn't go for double figures. For his sake.
