Saw Milner on football focus yesterday saying he'd made a decision to be tee-total at 16 in the hope it would give him an advantage. to be fair i think he's been buckled down a fair old while now. his first season under hughes was dreadful but i've always felt he's been on the up since then. i like it when he starts these days.

Love the fact that he calls out Ireland for his hypocrisy about the bling with the youngsters. i know the fans see it, but i'm glad the other players see that it's a load of bollocks.
