Understand Ade not making the eleven. No way he was going to displace Tevez if we are just playing one up front. Thing is, if we need a striker to come on, will he use Ade or Ballotelli? Can see Ade getting a touch frustrated if he doesn't get a kick against the Arse today.

Zaba was planned to start at left back but clearly must have got a problem in/after training yesterday.

What a fucking bench....
In 2008 our bench for this game was:
Schmeichel, Onuoha, Ben Haim, Evans, Hamman, Elano, Sturridge

Just shows how far we have come.

Surely that would have to be Ade after his hat-trick. time will tell though whether Mancini thinks the same way!

Anyway, what a bench that is - ridiculous!!

Hmm, going to be very tricky today

Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Djourou, Squillaci, Clichy, Nasri, Fabregas, Song, Denilson, Arshavin, Chamakh.
Subs: Szczesny, Koscielny, Rosicky, Walcott, Eboue, Gibbs, Bendtner.

It is, great attacking threat there but confident we can do over that defense.

The bench is ridiculous. You could add almost any four pl players to that and it would be a bloody good team! Wouldn't like to guess how many internationals caps between them even though Ballotelli and Johnson have only just started. Must be 350?

Its not the 11 I'd have gone for, and even though I've knocked Ade, it will be fucking hard for him to just agree and accept a place on the bench. He looked like a new player after his 1st goal on Thurs.

I guess the squad we have can now be tailored to an opposition. Lets hope it works today!! They are capable of ripping us apart. I fucking hope Boyatta is ready for this, big test, not really let us down yet though.

What is the point of Ade and Balotelli? I can't make out how Mancini could alter the formation to accomodate them unless he goes 2 3 5 or something??!! (Memories of Malcolm Allison and 1974 league cup final....)

Ok, I'm in town for this one (day off tomorrow) and the pub is full of Rangers fans and a guy that orgasms every time Torres touches the ball.

A few gooners though so it should be alright.

Insanely strong bench. I'm loving it!

Kudos to Mancini for having the guts to play Boyata. I hope the kid can shoulder the responsibility!

Am I right in saying that Boyata's starts against English opposition have been the Rags, Chelsea and Arsenal? Impressive if so.
