This is similar to the 'Munich' thread, in the heat of the moment, things are said that aren't natural. It's the game.

I used to have a fair amount of respect for Arsenal fans and have always enjoyed their company in the past.

However, their treatment of Adebayor last season and their behaviour when he dared to celebrate a goal changed my mind about them. They have become like Liverpool fans - no class.

I honestly think they are soft-arsed shandy-sipping puffs. The last time I watched a game on the box with an Arsenal fan, they lost and he decided to go into such a strop that he ripped off the shirt and through it into the wood burner before stomping off upstairs. I've never seen nothing like it; like devil-worshippers without the trophies.

I saw one singing and shouting in the face of a woman and her child on Ashton New Road after the game, I nearly went over to give him a slap until a pal of mine pulled my shirt back and pointed out the police stood there just watching.

The one thing ive noticed more this season is the way away fans of all clubs have changed when they visit COMS. There used to be a bit of banter and most of the time it was all in good fun.
But lately I have noticed teams real hatred from visiting fans, we are no longer everyones second club thats for sure. Im sure it all stems from jealously and I'd rather be hated and minted than bankrupt and in League One and loved!

Probably about right. Not that I'm arsed really.

Newcastle fans were the funniest - singing "where were you when you were shit". Of all the fans to sing that.
