Ok gents

Bob - injured
Mark - injured
Dave - injured
Ric - working
Chris - away

Leaving jerome and ashton

If we get powerleague players it means £20 each for ashton and jerome

If we cancel its double money next week and a 10 - loss

Its a shame really, you would think people from manc on here would be well up for it but struggling to find 5 players is bad. Well im up for it if you have a change of heart ashton even if we will probably lose.

they have 3 for us, if your mate can get there it will make it a 5 and we should be OK. I would come down mate, but I can hardly walk and have an appointment at the quacks tomorrow afternoon. I reckon its a hernia problem, really painful.

I think everyone wants to continue, its a pain in the arse organising it

Managed to get 2 of my mates 1 who plays for cheadle town and is mint he said he will play on mondays if we are short and another who will play out but will only play if he can swap with the keeper or if we have a sub.

played a team called net 66??

Half time we was winning 11-3 then last 10 minutes they scored 5 as we was messing about but ended up winning 14-8. So hopefully next week we wont need any players from the power league.

Ok gents,

This is the problem we now face, we didn’t pay for this weeks game because it is not fair to let Jerome and two newbie's foot the £38.50 bill. I arranged with Powerleague for us to pay double this coming week, we will need to find £77 between us.

We had no alternative but to do this:
If we didn’t turn up, we would have been fined £50 anyway and if we cancelled we would still have to pay the full £38.50 for not playing and would have had a 10-0 loss.

So we need to organise this now to ensure we are all fully aware of the price needed to be paid: First of all I need a roll call for next week so we don’t get into this last minute stupid situation where I am on the phone to powerleague and texting players all day Monday, it’s a pain in the backside and something I can do without as I have a really busy period coming up where I wont be able to do it.

Right then!! Team for Monday:
Ashton
Jerome
Ric
Chris
Mark - Maybe
Bob - No chance at the moment, been to the docs, he thinks it could be the start of a hernia, plus I have soft tissue damage in my back, the only thing to do is rest it and see if it gets better, if it gets worse its an Op.

That’s the usual 6 man squad and if we all play its £13 each
As I cant make it, we will need to get A.N.Other. I will pay 6.50 for last nights game and whoever replaces me will pay 6.50 to play the game next Monday. If we cannot get A.N.Other to play, I will pay the full 13 so we are all the same.

Can you all please confirm your availability and also what you think of the above. If anyone has any other suggestions, then I am all ears!

Dip into the site bank account to pay the £77, after all your basically providing an advertising service for the site ;)
