We need to get a winning mentality and the only way is by winning, once we have a few good games under the belt with the right result then and only then can we start to think about rotating the players. Instead we now have three on the bounce and 2 tough games coming up, if three turns into five then we could be fucked. The owners will surely be looking to change managers again if this happens and no good can come from that either so we really are between a rock and a hard place at the moment.
Remember, that winning mentaility is everything! Not like Carlos, Kolo, Yaya, Bridge, Shaun, Dave etc, etc, etc, have won anything in their lives.
Why change mentality when most of our squad have had that winning feeling. What'll piss 'em off more is realising that they aren't going to, and that's what worries me.
Night all.
