So I recon Sheikhy could stick another 10 mil per season on top of that 'going rate' before anyone could cry foul. Then how about the stadium naming? Surely that's got to be worth more? Then if the big sponsors are 30, 40, 50 mil, how much are the little sponsors each allowed to put in? How many can you have?

Real Madrid haven't even got started yet. They won't be left behind. Berlusconi & Milan?

This was always going to happen, since the day it was announced by Twatini.

The deal includes increased payments to UNICEF so they won't miss out, in fact they still gain and Barca will continue to have UNICEF on their shirts in some capacity. This Qatari oranisation is a not-for-profit company apparently then how come they manage to have 150M quid laying around?

The deal includes the UNICEF logo still being shown on the shirt, and also taking precedence over the Qatar logo, according to the BBC...

I'll quote your post BiB as people further down the thread don't seem to have read it and have carried on regardless.

Ted, Etihad isn't the Sheikh's personal plaything they wll only pay sponsorship up to what it is worth to them.

Not particularly talking about Etihad mate. More looking toward the future. Lots of potential.

Am I wrong or this figure is quite about the debit balance of the Barca budget?
What were we talking about the binding of the Platini's Rules?
