You just know that one week one of those shots from a stupid distance is going to go flying into the net. Still some questions defensively with him but hopefully the more experience of the league he gets the better he will become.
I think we have seen he isn't the greatest defensive full back in the game ( can't say how bad that was for the Cahill goal) but he will come good fitting into Mancini's plan for the attacking full back role.I am sure he will get assists and the odd goal in the 2nd half of the season.
I like the look of him. It's gonna take a while for him to settle and get used to the pace of the Premier League but he's shown moments of real class. Looking forward to his first net busting 30 yarder
Great attitude it seems, he's pacy and has a wicked shot. Seems to over cook crosses/corners a lot of the time and defensively, yeah, not flawless, but he more than makes up for it with he attacking threat.
As someone else said, it's only a mater of time before he bends one in to the top corner.
Like most new players, it'll take a while for him to reach his best but it was noticable how many shooting positions he was getting into v Everton. His crossing ability is about 10 times better than he's currently producing.
I expect Bob will sort out his defending or he'll replace him.

Some take the bible for what it's worth.. when they say that the rags shall inherit the Earth... Well I heard that the Sheikh... bought Carlos Tevez this week...& you fuckers aint gettin' nothin..
Was absolutely shite on Monday and definately at fault for their first goal. Prior to that he had started to look ok, but his crossing and shooting leaves alot to be desired. Can only get better.
Dunno why but I like him, despite his faults. I want my fullbacks to be able to defend first and foremost, and he clearly needs to polish that end of things up a bit. It's something I find much harder to forgive in Boateng.
I like him, but he's not a great defender.. reminds me of Bridge some how, like he's only have one foot. Lazio fans was mooning that he blow the ball over to much at all distanses, i can se what they mean.
Brilliant left-backs are very few and far between and i would class Kolarov as 'good' at the moment but it is still very early doors for him. I hope he starts to defend a hell of a lot better than he has been and if he isn't intending to take every single free kick and shots from silly distances then i think he become a very good part of the Blue Revolution as time goes on.
I've known him from the neighbourhood since we were kids, later followed his career, he is gonna be alright, we have to give him some time to adjust, also he had a bad injury on his debut, so...
He's a great guy, fantastic left foot, his driblings arent the best around, but if we bring Dzeko in, his crosses gonna help alot. he'll do good for us. cheers
