I reckon it will be a tough physical game today, I hope our lads are up for it. Especially the Centre-Backs who will have to deal with an areal bombardment.

I wonder what kind of reception Nigel will get.

And regarding the aerial bombardment, it might be a blessing in disguise that Kolo is suspended...

I've got this down as a score draw at minimum, but am hoping we make up the lost ground against Everton; afterall, we do have the squad to beat any team. Where I have concern's is where you say KK, the physical side. Will the Nige/Ben Arfa thing come back to haunt us, and although Chris Foy hasn't sent anyone off this season, he'll be under immense pressure from the Geordie fans everytime Nige goes or a challenge.

I'm going to say 2-1 to us, minimum 1-1 draw.

Blackpool - Scouse 1 and Scouse 2 - Brum have been called off due to frozen pitches. I hope the City game isn't at risk.

Im going with a hard won 2-1 to City followed up with a bloody thrashing of Villa for the home fans, someone is due to get it from us and I can't see Villa being able to stop us.

It's a must win as we cant afford to slip up again.I think the players will be desperate to make up for the Everton game.

You can get 18/1 on Joey to score first.

Just sayin.

Hart
Zabba
Kopmany
Lescot
Kolarov
de jong
Yaya
Barry
Silva
Tevez
Jo /Milner

I would prefer Jo, but think it will be MIlner, until we're 1-0 down in the second half and Balotelli will come on.

That's three weeks running Blackpool won't have played. Should be fun for them at the end of season when they have to play 10 games in 7 days to save themselves.

Is anybody watching SkySports News?

Fenners was out and about in Manchester asking people what they do when there's no football. As he was talking to a City fan an ambulance went past with it's blues and twos going.

The City fan turned to Fenners and says "Looks like Balotelli's fallen over again!"
