Best player by far today. Still only 22 we were reminded at the start of the match.
Can't be dropped for the next match.

I remember a thread from a couple of weeks ago when one plank on here had him down as the 5th best right back at the club. He was outstanding today and I hope his injury is nothing serious. Boateng looked a lot more comfortable in his natural position too

I'd be telling him the shirt was his to lose and that he gets the nod for the next start and that if he really wants it, he can make the rb spot all his own. He looks like something we all hoped he would become.

He had a really great performance today i hope hes not injured.
We all know he can turn in some excellent performances but he needs to do it consistently not every so often. He can equally be as bad as he can good that's my worry with Micah.I do think he has been working much harder on his game under Mancini as he realised he was not going to just walk into the team anymore.I thinki that's been good for him and hopefully he will start to find that consistency in his game.

I think he's done very well most times he's played this season. I'd hate to see him go, because he's only 22 and he'll be a top player again.

He did a decent job defensively but that break in the first half ( never mind the one for the goal) is something he brings to the team that the others don't. It's a long break from very deep and it is so hard to defend against. For me,injury permitting, it should have been enough to tell Mancini to stick with him at right back. But I think he will have to give Jo a go there first.

Yeah some knob listed Milner ahead of him. I know what people say about opinions, but I still don't think everyone should be allowed one.
Tracking back is overrated.

Best player today, positive and brave and made the goal that saved us.
Sadly the whack he took on his knee, and the way he was caried off without being able to put any weight at all on his knee doesn't bode well. Lets hope for the best but it didnt look good at all.
With him and AJ crocked we may just be pushed into a signing tomorrow.

ha ha i like that alot!
micah does get a fair amount of stick on here but he brings a huge attacking threat and at only 22 is still learning.
he was running for a ball today that i thought he would never get as the notts county player was well ahead of him,he bolted past him and won it and i thought wow he's got that speed back.........then i realised the player he was in a sprint with...... it was lee hughes!

Maybe we on here can learn something from the Micah situation. It wasn't that long ago that soem on here were calling him a lot pf abusive names and wishing he was gone from the club.
It seems Micah ha listened to Mancini and learned well. Like Hart, he's still a kid and he will have his downs in the future but credit where it's due. Developing well.

Thanks for that Slim. !st chance of seeing that. Micah left those defenders for dead in his slipstream.
All we ask is that when plyaers are given a chance, they take it. Well in Micah.

Richards has impressed me this season. He looks like he has improved his attacking abilities and is starting to deliver some good crosses (crosses which 7 out 10 occasions Dzeko will be getting on the end of). His pace seems to be getting better too.
His concentration and positioning defensively still needs a lot of work as does his apparent glass made knees, he gets injured every time he is tackled.
On the whole, I'd have him as my starting right-back in tandem with Zabba - Boateng can practice heading and defending corners in the EDS for the rest of the season.
