A few years ago I remember getting to Preston train station at half eleven on a Sunday night. My intention was to get the last train to Manchester but, to my dismay, the train had left just a few minutes earlier.

The next train was at half past four in the morning.

With nothing to read and nothing to listen to in a city that was already closed I was alone. I sat, in an silent station that was too cold to sleep in, bored, waiting.

Not much happened in those 5 hours that passed. It's quite a time to be left with just your thoughts for company.

I've no idea why this game has reminded me of that night.
