I didn't see it but Ben Mee is fucking useless. How he can possibly be one of the best U21 CB's in England is beyond me. If he really is one of the best, then we are completely, utterly fucked at that age group. The same goes for Trippier at fullback.

They're not even close to being the best. Tomkins, Smalling, Gibbs, Kelly, Richards, Jones & Mancienne are all out injured. Kyle Walker is with the senior squad.

Mee will never make it in the premership, just hasn't got the ability. The penalty he gave away today was shocking defending.

I didnt see the U21's game, but from the preseason games I've seen he takes up good positions and is useful in the air. I don't think he's as useless as people think.

I recon I'm better than him in the air & would have a chance against him in a sprint whilst wearing steel toe capped boots & carrying a television. He's like Alan Kernaghan's even shittier brother.

I get the feeling you don't rate him Ted! He might not be top quality but he is ok and will make a good acreer at a lower level than the prem I would expect. Based on that Ted you should go for a trial with Hereford or somewhere like that.

He isn't useless, however, put it this way, both Paddy McCarthy and Matt Mills are better.
