Excellent performance. Well done the lad. Decisive, strong, athletic. That run where he shrugged that ginger, asthmatic salford car thief (c. Uwe's_skyblue_duvet) off like he was made of papier-mache was a joy to behold.

i think a lot of his problems (when he has them - he was ace today) are mental rather than physical or technical. Kind of the opposite of a matt le tissier. a bit thick. and i'm not fond of his propensity to look seriously injured on a regular basis but then be fine for the next game (not that he did that today either). reminds me of when my sister used to fake asthma attacks when she was 14.

hope he gets his head straight coz if he played like he did today every week he'll be immense alongside vinny.
