That was the feeling when Bellers first came - he soon had us cheering his name (including a doubter like me ) after a few games with his never say die attitude ON THE PITCH.

Ballotelli s attitude ON and OFF the pitch is disgusting and if you cant see that then your fucking blind as a bat.
He kicked out today and that typifies what kind of a player we have...thinking of himself and not the team.
He went down as if he had been shot - hes a fuckign PUSSY.

FUCK HIM...I WOULD RATHER HAVE A LESS SKILL PLAYER ALA ZABBA ANY DAY OF THE WEEK OVER A CUNT WITH AN ATTITUDE.

You can't possibly even compare Balotelli to Bellamy.
Bellamy had a wonderful never say die attitude. Balotelli doesn't.

Also, Bellamy proved all of his doubters (myself very much included) wrong. Balotelli has only confirmed fears. Bellamy was also a breath of fresh air, and it was a joy to see his attitude. There's nothing joyous about Balotelli.

He's hardly played and scored how many goals?

More than bellers when he arrived that's for sure

I'm also a 'pro Balotelli' supporter.

I think talent wise he has it all, and it would be so typical if he was hounded out of City and become one of, if not the, best player in the world at AC Milan.

As for comparisons with Bellamy, Bellamy is towards the end of his career and although perhaps more dogged than Balotelli, in my opinion doesn't come close talent wise. Balotelli is young with his whole career ahead of him. He clearly has anger problems and can throw hissy fits every now and then but I agree with Mancini he is totally worth it.

Balotelli is our 2nd leading scorer despite being injured for most of the season. Almost every time he gets the ball he looks dangerous. Sure, sometimes he looks disinterested, but we already have players like De Jong, Kompany, Zabba, Milner, etc.... who will give 100% all game. To really be world class, we need players like Balo who just put the ball in the fucking net. 8 goals in 11 games. The idea that we can simply put a team of hard workers on the field and win a trophy is beyond gullible.

The guy has scored a few goals..most of them put on a plate for him..Tevez is 1000 times the player he is and until he takes the game by the scuff of the neck and gives 100% (He hasn't yet) like other players then he can get to fuck.

He deserves ALL the critical comments he gets..........also did you not note that not one City player gave a fuck when we scored and he was feigning an injury??..they ignored him....as they like us knew there was fuckall wrong with him.

Says it all to me.

Well he certainly causes a Marmite reaction doesn't he?

I don't appreciate the sulky tantrums and occasional laziness but, for now, I'm prepared to continue to back him and hope Mancini can sort him out. He clearly has issues but really is one hell of a talent

If this lad can be tamed then it's worth putting up with his current faults for a little bit longer. I'd hate to see him become world class straight after leaving us

His attitude hasn't been brilliant but he's still a young lad, who has moved to a new country and league for less than 9 months. It would be nice to not write all our players off straight away. (including Dzeko, which at this stage is beyond idiotic)

Except this isn't u12 Sunday league football. I don't care if he takes a nasty diarrhea shit in the center circle while screaming "fuck off", as along as he keeps scoring goals.

This isn't very different behavior than from the top performers in most other professions. The top programmers, salesmen, doctors, and lawyers are often have the most eccentric personalities. But people put up with it because they deliver what no one else can.
