i dont see this. i keep reading and hearing things that he has all this world class ability but all he has scored is a few taps in alongside some attitude on the scale that i have never seen before. i want him to be our saviour biut i just cant see it.

I have to agree with 9. I still haven't seen anything special from him. Many other strikers in the PL can do what he can do and better. Add to that his disgusting attitude and the fact that whenever he plays, we are always under threat of a send off. Well Balotelli infuriated me today.

I think it should have been a penalty, but he should have just let it go and got on with the job like a pro. I don't buy into all this needing to be nurtured and he's still young shit. He plays fir himself as far as I can see and it makes him a liability.

I agree that his hot headedness does indeed make him a bit of a liability. Yes I also agree that he should have let it go after he was barged over in the area.

BUT he did not remotely play for himself today. Up until he went off he had actually worked pretty bloody hard for the team. He had chased back and dispossessed County players on a number of occasions. His running was intelligent, he had some great touches and tried to set up a number of his colleagues throughout the match. Things didn't quite run for him but the same was true of pretty much the whole team throughout the first half and at least the first 10 mins of the second.

His head did not go down and he wasn't going to ground like some are trying to make it seem.

The fact that some idiots on here choose to focus on the negatives and wholly ignore the (many) positives just beggars belief. He's a fucking City player....what on earth does ANYONE who supports us have to gain by getting on his back (...unjustly IMO).

Well if it is typical of me for not calling one of our players, one of the best players in our squad a cunt for being a petulant, immature, frustrated kid he is with a lot to learn both in the english game and in life then yes, it is typical of me.

At his age I had bought a house, had a child and was working full time (which I treated with respect because they paid me good money and were more than fair with me). My point is, he is not a kid.
