Now i study body language whilst watching football and our captains imo was really low tonight. It was if he was carrying a knock or could not be arsed especially second half.I may be wrong and hope i am but all is not right with Tevez imo.

I think he's here on borrowed time. There's a likelihood that he could be on his way in the summer, and the reason he decided not to leave in December could be that assurances were made that he would leave with City's blessing if he stayed till the summer. Hopefully, we're seeing the rise of Dzeko now.

Gillie,
Was thinking he's been off form since the West Brom game. Could be just going through a bad patch at the moment or maybe his mind is elsewhere. The good thing is the others have stepped up to the plate and we're not relying on his goals at the moment.

I felt he was struggling a bit in the latter stages of the second half, i said it to my old man a few minutes before he was witdrawn.

Still felt he was very industrious i doubt it's much to concern us other than a not so outstanding performance.Hard to believe he is yet to score a goal in europe.Should feature more now in the latter stages so i cant imagine it will be too long until he registers his first.

Said as much to my lad as we watched him give up a 50/50 ball.

If that is the case i have a feeling he's not going to enjoy playing alongside Edin, but to be fair i think they are staring to develop a bit of an understanding.

That's something i have always had my doubts Tevez would develop with a strike partner.

Quite enjoying the development of play that Tevez,Silva,Edin are producing seems like they are operating on a similar wavelength.Bodes well for the future in my opinion.

Not an issue. The intensity went out of the game when we went 2 up and Tevez lost his drive from that moment.

Would not stretch as far as saying he was terrible at any stage tonight, he was working his ass off with no reward.Nothing more than a marked man tonight he worked tirlessly but they equally worked well to keep him quiet.

I like him more now he's cut his hair; reminds me of when I first saw bits of him playing for Boca, then Corinthians.

Shit. If he fucks off in't summer then good luck lad - City is bigger than him though, whatever happens.

I dont know about him leaving or anything like that ... but I am worried he might be carrying a knock. Towards the end of the second half against united it also looked to me like he wasn't moving freely, something like an ankle or foot knock. Didn't notice it at all in the first half, but second half he came out and just looked like he wasn't as fluid. It's a worry but I hope it works itself out. I trust it isn't too serious, or i don't think he would be played.

WTF is going on here. Tevez was brilliant when it mattered yesterday. Body language bollocks. He celebrated all of the goals with the scores like he meant it.

Plus his pass to Mario when the latter hit the post, out of this world.

I can see where you are coming from Gillie but it wasn't his night as far as goalscoring goes. See if he's like that on Sunday and then get back to us.
