The last time we played villa in the fa cup, we beat them 2-1 (vassell, samaras) at home in a 5th round replay in front of 33K in 2006.
We then went out to west ham in the quarters and lost 9 of the last 10 league games.
See - we're miles better than we used to be!
(One of those defeats was 2-1 at home to Fulham - the day after the infamous mcf.net party at the frog and bucket during which we met in person our new friend heerenveen who'd be advising caution on our new recent greek superstar. I think mcf.net were also soundly beaten by bluemoon at 5-a-side that day - although i played little part in it).
