Bald?

Probably one of the few things he can't be accused of. Wouldn't be surprised if he'd gone bald and had replacement treatment though. Mark Clattenburg in 'even my hair is a sham' shocker.

Thought he had a quality game last night. Rooney gate aside I think he got all the decisions, including the elbow right.

Can't disagree with that but the fact that Balotelli got a yellow for a much lesser offence, proves the point that he was telling lies when he reviewd the Rooney incident & said he'd taken the correct action. He is corrupt.

I think the reason he booked Balo was because of the rooney thing, I dont even think he saw it... till the villa player kicked off.
Basically he played safe. But it was right in the end. After that the powers that be should really take another look at the rooney incident, if Balo gets a yellow for that the rooney should be punished.

Never mind, least we know he's not got it in for us like the rest of the world.

I was watching him quite closely and I am convinced that he did not see it - just reacted to the villa players

On the one hand it shows what a bad ref he is and what a weakling - of couse scared of baconface

On the other, could it have been worse - with the way the powers are towards us it could have been a 3 match ban extending to 4 after a review found it was massively violent behaviour

I suppose there is still time.

Clattenburg looks like he's put on a few pounds round the jowls and the middle as well as on his bonce.
