In the quarters we drew Doncaster Belles so I was thinking that it was 50/50 if we progressed into the semis. We played Donny today and beat them 3-0. Donny are another WSL team so this result will make other teams sit up and take note.
We play great football and a few of my mates that have been to watch have been really impressed. We now head into the semi final draw tomo that includes Barnet, Bristol Academy and the Arse. We are 90 mins away from Europe as the two FA cup semi teams get to represent the country. We want to stay well clear of the Arse but if we play them, we play them and we will have a good go!!
I have had an ongoing problem over several years with my right quad which restricts my ability at times but Liverpool have been brilliant with me over this, basically cotton wool time for me after games and one and one work with the physio team at the club. I have now earned the nickname Ledley off a few of the girls due to my lack at times of training.
I am happy to report that I am having a ball and have been welcomed into the fold with open arms. Everyone has been really good to me and you couldn’t meet a nicer group of people, they really know how to take care of the players and make sure no one is left out.
The only sore point for me is that our semi falls on the same weekend of the derby so I have had to give my ticket up. I guess I will just have to go the final instead......;-)
Oh and City Ladies won today 2-0 and are pushing on for the league title, they are at home next so if anyone can get down and support the girls that would be great. I will be there. KO 1PM.
Andie.

To be fair you were always surplus to requirements given that you were doing an Andie Santa Cruz the last 6 months or so. FACT.
Also, scouse. Great news. Etc. they've really stolen a gem of a keeper it sounds like.
Cheers

The decision also hinges on what the mens team do as any Wemberly games would bang in the middle of Liverpools season and no one on earth will stop me from going to them games. Iv already had to give up my Reading ticket to play for City on 13th and made it clear to them that I wont be missing any semi or finals.
