Mancini has been moving towards a smaller younger squad. There have been one or two exceptions like Steven Ireland but in general we're a younger, less experienced squad.

I definitely fall into the pro Bellamy camp but I actually didn't have a great problem with him being let go if indeed he was undermining the manager and affecting or likely to affect the team spirit as long as we had suitable cover for the position and/or plans to change the style of play to suit what we had.In reality we haven't had cover for his role as surely Mario can't be considered as that person?
If Bellers had stayed there is no way he would have "had the team built around him", what a ridiculous statement that is. But he would have been a great asset to have even if not a regular and coming of the bench more than starting games. A bit like AJ has been used.

And there is the key point. If Bob has a problem with Bellamy, SIGN A REPLACEMENT & get rid, not get rid & stick Jo on the wing.
