The loyalty points scheme started when we moved into the new stadium, any games before 2003 wont have any points.

If you are such the fan you claim to be, then you wouldnt need a mate in the ticket office to "sort you out 6 together"

Yet, you come on here giving it the large one and goading others and yet claim to have had "no chance of getting one" but for your mate in the ticket office.

Fortunately one or two of us out there also have a few decent contacts within City so it might be worth checking if this is correct, and if so why ticket office staff have access to 10 tickets each. Time to ask a few questions and raise this somewhere else, as the tickets should go to the fans who followed this club through all the shite we've suffered.

Im all for genuine Blues getting tickets, but ticket office staff getting 10 each? Thats fucked up to the nines and quite frankly disgraceful if true.

Agree, email on its way to the club

To be honest lads, going off Ruthless's posts/general attitude during his short time on this site, I'd hazard a guess that he's talking absolute shit.

Ok you believe what you want mate doesnt affect me i've got my seat yes it is correct, you all carry on moanin n throwin dirt at everyone just cos your sick as fuck you wont have a ticket..... you cant tell me there is a single one of you twats thats moanin n bleatin about whats fair that given the opportunity i have been presented with you wouldn't be over the moon, your all full of shit n would do exactly the same as me so you know what go n have a dig at someone else cos you got me mixed up with someone that gives a shit. I came on this thread to say there would be two tickets left as my cousins cant go but fuck you cunts why should i feel sorry for any of you fuckers after your replys i'll make a few quid on ebay CUNTS!

I think it's very stupid to assume that everyone on here would be rubbing people's noses in it, after having got a ticket via means which of all the ones being debated on here, seem to me, to be the least fair. There's a huge difference between being 'over the moon' and being some schadenfreude tosspot trying to show off.

Also, there's not even a guarantee that everyone on the ticket office is a blue, why the hell should they get so many tickets!?

At least you've highlighted a major problem in the ticket allocation scheme, which can hopefully now be addressed, so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

And one last thing - is anyone else having difficulty in finding out how many loyalty points they have? The website gives an option to resend me my password. I complete the required action, and then NOTHING HAPPENS. Typical.

Yes mate the reset password thing keeps sending me round in circles. I`ve phoned the supporter services who have no idea how to correct it. i`ve emailed "Amy" twice who has told me to phone up said services if i am having trouble and they will talk me through how to reset the password, and, they tell me to request the password whichI have already done. THEN the reset password tells me to reset the password or phone supporter services who then tell me.....They`re shite mate.

Oh and on the staff issue, they dont get 10 each, so your mate is talking bollocks. Each full time member of staff is allocated a season ticket which in turn willl allow then to purchase a ticket for the semi.

Your mate saying he is getting 10 just for himself is pure and utter shite, i imagine that he has gone around other staff members and asked if he could have there allocated ticket if they didnt want it.

So are you trying to reset it merely to access your number of loyalty points? if I ring them up with my supporter number they won't be able to tell me how many points I've got?

Are you sure your password isn't just your postcode? That's what it starts as by default.

2nd that, box holders get 10. Ruthless is talking complte 100% bollocks. sat back and watched this thread, I can tell you high profile blues are scratching around for tickets. But do not panic they will be £150 within 2 weeks if you are prepared to pay.

It is your postcode, and how it shows you to input it (like so: AB15CD), if you haven't been in and changed your password.

tried to get my tickets and was refused - apparently sending your mum down the week before they go on sale doesn't work.

Still, at least she had a nice day out and knows where she's going next week!
