Citycard get lost, what to do....?

Postby TomS » Wed Mar 30, 2011 7:02 pm

Hy
my friend send my/our Citycards last week by post down here to Germany and as we start for the upcomin´weekend on friday morning for the Sunderland game up to UK there is now the possibility that we don´t get the cards just in time.

Can´t find any infos on the official site, so, does anybody know what to do?

If you got your seats online and you have all the details you should be ok.

THX Bear,
the seats are booked only, I have the right numbers but I don´t have a card to get inside the ground.
Where do I get a replacement for the plastic card?
I don´t think the stewards let me in with just my printed e-Mail??

Ticket office on saturday morning could sort this out??

Im speculating, but call them tomorrow and arrange to pick up a ticket or copy or piece of paper or whatever (to get inside) on matchday morning?

Yeah just give them a call.
on match days the ticket office has a separate queue for ticket collections/anyone with problems with Citycards etc. They once sorted a paper ticket waiting for me there as I was in a similar situation. that was a couple of years ago tho.

On the few times I was lucky enough to bring my lad we only had paper tickets, on going in we just had to show them and got redirected to a steward who let us through no problems.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Like others have said, just call them you'll be fine.

The best thing is to get over to the ticket office when you arrive in Manchester. I dont think it would be very good for you to be phoning the ticket office from Germany or even phoning them in this country with a German registered phone as it will cost you an arm and a leg if you get stuck in a queue with people ringing for semi final tickets. I would imagine there will be a seperate window for buying Liverpool tickets and any other queries. If you bring your email paperwork with the details it wont be a problem sorting you with a paper ticket.
