TICKET SCAMS

Postby spiv » Wed Apr 28, 2010 12:08 am

It sounds like this piece of shit AMRIK GILL has reared it's ugly head again and scammed a number of blues next door with Arsenal tickets at the weekend.
http://bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forum/viewto ... 2&t=170820
He is a serial scammer and has appeared on plenty of football forums in England and Scotland and was ripping scousers off in 2008
http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/ind ... c=214273.0
And rags this year http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... icket_scam
We have two home games coming up that are both sold out so be careful

Sorry to drag this thread up again but i've just spotted on another forum that this piece of shit is out of prison and and is moving and shaking again. If anybody has a copy of mondays Manchester evening news on the back page there is a photograph of City fans queuing up to buy semi final tickets and no prizes for guessing who is standing in the queue.
I had this clowns mobile number somewhere as he knocked me for £10 from last year when i swiped him into a home game that i had loads of spares for, he gave me some bullshit excuse about losing his wallet and promised he'd pay me at the next game but i've not seen him since and i certainly didn't lose any sleep over a tenner, other people have been conned by him for much larger amounts of money so please beware if offered tickets for the semi final.

I only ever book my match tickets through Spivtix. Safe, secure and reliable.

That's the one behind the guy on the phone, maybe he is going straight and just wants to go to the match but beware of being offered tickets as he goes under a few different names amric gill, adam gill mathew gill. Just need to be alert when the tickets sell out and dont get conned. It came to my attention here

Joking aside I see no earthly reason why we can't have a MCF.net OSC....we could have a webcast Q&A stream with a player for our OSC nights. We're as much of a "club" as a bunch of blues in a social club IMO

Not a bad idea Ant...an online City OSC would suit many...it was from a similar daft idea about getting together around football in the late 1800s that a team in Gorton were formed.
I reckon you should lead the way and become the 1st ever city Pharoah...Tut"ANT"kamun.

This was tried in the past but it has to be based on somewhere ie there can not be OSC based on a web forum. I agree with you by the way. It's not like people typing here aren't real. Except for me of course. I'm a spam bot.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

It would have a physical base.

Look all i want is to be at the front of the queue for tickets, regardless of loyalty points, season cards,D.O.B,DNA tests,i want to sit with my mates and know ive got a ticket before general release.

Its not much, loads of people do it.

Lets do it.

Seriously though, get the ball rolling on something like this and it could turn out to be a master stroke.
