Wembley Ticket Info

Postby craigmcfc » Thu Mar 31, 2011 4:45 pm

Just wondered if anyone that has got their tickets in the last couple of days knows whether -

There are any of the Family Tickets still available? (i.e. once it gets to my points level, there were a limited amount of tickets available that would let me buy my lads at the same time who is on less points)

If anyone knows how the tickets in general are selling as my lad is on 2300 points, 1000 less than me, and I can't decide whether to risk not getting mine tomorrow or not in the hope of getting them both together?

Any pointers on either question would be much appreciated

You get a great view wherever you sit in the stadium, I was in block 506 on tuesday for the Ghana match and it was a good seat apart from the fact that i was surrounded by away fans but i couldn't odds that as there must have been at least 30,000 Ghana fans in the ground.

Spiv's right. Ive been to 2 England games and 3 NFL games at Wembley and have sat at the bottom and top tiers, and behind the goals. There isnt a bad seat in there and you dont have to queue for 3 hours for a pee either - a word of warning though, unless you are wadded dont plan on buying food in the place. You are looking at a tenner for fish and chips, or burger and chips.

Cheers, currently looking at cheap things to do in London, maybe setting off early and making a very long day of it

Craig, get in early, If Drving ? Park at Stanmore, and hop on the train. A couple of stops off straight onto M1 AND GONE, It will be chaos one way or another, I am coming from France, so Portsmouth, to High Wycombe/Wembley and doing it early, It will be no place for the faint hearted win or lose.... lONDON will be a no no IMHO

Aye already got Stanmore down as my car park/train station. I'm hoping London will be ok if we go in by tube but I'll see how the land lies
