iI wouldn't fucking bother lads...'cos you know that even if you take the ball on your own goal line, run it out of defence through all of their attackers, wrong foot their midfield and destroy their defence with your superb individual skill...Then after havin run 100 yards upfield, you round the keeper, leaving him flailing around like a beached seal, before slotting it into the back of their net. For our 15th goal of the game.
Some cunt on mancity fans, net will post...
a)...You should have wellied it into row z on youer own goal line to clear it.
b)...You were irresponsible bringing it out of defence and should have given away a throw in.
c)...You should have taken the option to pass in the midfield.
d)...You were just lucky.
e)...You're a greedy bastard.
f)...15-0 is shit, it should have been 20-0.
g)...Our defence did fuck all.
...The city fans are just a bunch of moaning whingeing complaining bastards...There's no point in trying for them, cos they woin't appreciate it. There'll be on the forums later celebrating how good they were at doing the Poznan.

It is frustrating as fucl watching a bunch of quality players struggle to find the sparks they need to perform as one unit. We may well be expecting too much for that to just happen.. even over one season for most of them or half a season for some.. included in that is Mancini too. I think i have said it before, but the i want it and i want it now attitude is commonplace these days, personally i doubt we have the right to hold that attitude.. i just dont think football works that way. In fact i would back up a comment on here in one of the plastic fans threads, when someone mentioned that fans are like consumers these days.. ie. they expect that because they have paid for something that they should just get what they want regardless of any circumstances. Remind me at what stage do we try to tell our children that isn't the way to go through life?
That isn't a rant to suggest we should not be discussing things on here, it is more of an appeal to step back a bit and realise that no-one can snap their fingers and make things come true. no-one.
Why has it taken Micah Richards over 12 months to regain something he had before? Why has Lescott only just started to look like a football player, Why do they continue to overcomplicate forward play?
There are no obvious single answers, there are a lot of minor problems here and there. There is one big major excuse though and it is simply the time they have had to play together and work all things out. We are sat in the table amongst teams that have had a great deal more time to both build their team and play together. All in all we are not doing badly.. just not amazingly that is all. Maybe it is not very romantic that in the first full season together for the majority of the players, they didn't come out and shock the world into stunned awe.. that Dzeko didn't join and start slipping defenders and rifling it into the top corner right from the off.
That doesn't mean they wont do.. just maybe not on our timeframe or the immediate expectations set up by the whole project going on at City.
In case anyone is thinking this is weak thinking and just making excuses, just think about how many fans would have sold Micah Richards rather than work on him to help him return to form.

Silva is running around like a rooster, dribling himself most of the time and Milner is useless most of the time, mostly provoking the referees.
it was so sad to watch rich City pushed around by Chelsea on Sunday. City was helpless and hopeless. it was so embarrassing.
they bought dzeko and they give him too few balls and he's always trying to pass to his teammates.
They need to use dzeko more, and create the game for him. city don't play as a team. they have to get together around someone.
