Hopefully it will be something along the lines of £1m per goal, £10m per hat trick and an extra £1m per player for a win.

"Right Gentlemen, on hearing the whistle all retreat and get behind the ball; smack it in the channels and hope for a ricochet or set piece goal for us, then hang on for dear life.

Oh and remember with zonal marking, on no account do you pick up any of their men at corners, especially those who are wandering around in our 6 yard box."

Once more unto the Derby, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our City dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it
As fearfully as doth a galled rock
O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean.
Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
To his full height. On, on, you noblest Blues.
Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
Fathers that, like so many Alexanders,
Have in these parts from morn till even fought
And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
Dishonour not your mothers; now attest
That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you.
Be copy now to men of grosser blood,
And teach them how to war. And you, good players,
Whose limbs were made all over the place, show us here
The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Bobby, City, and ManCityFans.net!'

Apologies to Bill for a little plagiarism

We need two things to happen - the chairman flies in to talk to the team before the game, and the owner flies in to watch the match. We should have a decent chance then.

Mancini's speech can be "yeah, what he said."

That's a good point actually, he may do that & it could give the team a lift.

"Don't let anyone attempt overhead kicks, don't let Giggs get the ball anywhere near our box and for fuck's sake don't let Little Pea get away from you inside the box. We will create something upfront so if you do this we are gonna win"

Simple and straight to the point, ain't it?

"If any of you get done on a short corner, you will be shot". Should follow.
