Thanks for the training report.

Sounds like City are making the sessions a little lighter in advance of a crucial game

I don't know why City fans are obsessed with having a go. This is a Cup semi-final. It's an important game, and they are better than us - especially without Tevez. We need to play at our best and with a degree of caution otherwise we hand them an advantage which they will exploit

I am not sure how Mancini will aprroach this game without tevez. I'd be very tempted to go 4-5-1 and see if we can nick a goal from open play, or from a set-piece.

If we line up 4-4-2 with those two up front, that would be borderline suicide and we would get snotted.

I think it'd more of a 4-5-1 with Mario playing more to the left.

Why does he always play strikers on the left of midfield(attacking).
He's playing ballatelli there of late, tevez is always there.
So a 25 million pound player (tevez) and a 24 million pound player (ballatelli), bought as strikers, played out of position.
Why not just but a fucking left winger and actually play these players in the position they was brought to the club to play?

we had balotelli and dzecko up front against the dippers and we didnt even have a shot on target(and not many off target) would be crazy to try this, balotelli on his own up front not out wide and we have a chance.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree.
Dzeko seems very low on confidence and we cannot afford to be overrun in MF.

i would have milner in midfield instead of barry personally... I think yaya and barry play similar roles in the team and we don't need 2 of that. We need someone to partner yaya who has some drive and some physicality to compliment dejong. to me that's milner, barry is just too slow and while milner is no speed demon, he is much faster and much more active than barry.
