I'm sat here thinking about booking a flight to London on May 14. I know I won't be able to get a ticket, and getting married two weeks later I really can't afford it, but it would be so fucking great just to be there ...

I thought it would be less damaging to my health to stay home and watch it alone, keeping it as emotionally low key as possible. I did right. I dread to think what would have happened if I had been in a public place.

I suppose I should apologise to the neighbours,,,(the ones who aren't rags), I reckon the young girl who lives upstairs had a kitten as that goal went in and my lungs burst with a massive YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSS!!!!...followed by a bloodcurdling scream of "GEEEEEERIN".

I will admit to the tears running down my face and blubbering like a child as that final whistle went. Fuck knows what I'll be like when we lift the cup. I am still on the ceiling and waiting to be scraped off.
At some point tonight, I'll get in the cab and float round Manchester with my permagrin...dodging pissheads, sharing victorious clenched fisted salutes with fellow blues and laughing uncontrollably at the sad rags bastards who have yet to crawl back down the sewers where they came from.

I'm not sure what my heart rate currently is....but i reckon it ain't anywhere that is good for me....and I couldn't give a flying fuck.

I've been off the booze since Christmas in an effort to get fit, joined a gym and all that shite in time for a jolly in Thailand in May.

First thing I did after the whistle was head to the local offy and grab a few tins. Tonight I am allowed. Then it'll be pure punishment in the gym until the 14th of May when hopefully I will have the mother of all pre-holiday benders.

I'm with you all the way John.Couldnt speak or cheer or anything when we scored it was so emotional. First thoughts were oh no we've scored too damned early ,we can't hold out for that long.I think I might just watch it again later.

Double beta blockers for me:)

When Yaya scored I just had to text LookMum to say "get ready to say YEAH! and carry on drinking" ;-)
Luckily I was right!

If we win I'll probably just go "YEAH!" Then carry on drinking.

when we won i was jumping up and down, screaming and hugging people in the stands and continued doing so until the pitch was empty. Then i went outside the ground and there were 4 rags walking through the city fans so i followed them for about 10 minutes enquiring as to where there treble has gone then i got an ice cream and then i got on the coach and sung some more and now im home typing but going bed in about 7 minutes to wake my missus up and have sex with her.

Then i'll probably sleep.

When we scored I jumped up and did a dance of joy in front of my rag brother...

Just before the final whistle I turned to him and said "when the whistle blows I'm going to cheer loudly and do a dance of sweet sweet victory"

To which he said... "Do that and I'll twat you in the face"...

I moved two paces to the left and did it anyways..

Great day.. still buzzing and it's nearly 3am in the morning!

Roll on the final!

Back home from work...Thought I'd give you an update....The permagrin has evolved into a more meaningful..."I'm a City fan...please tell me you're a rag, cos all i want to do is laugh like fuck at you and take the piss out of you like you've never experienced before"...sort of leer.
Got into Town and...
Disappointment. The 1st few fares were all Irish boxing fans, upset about the result in the MEN.
Four cockneys...2 Chelsea, 1 Spurs...and 1 ...hahahahahaha....rag....He got it all guns blazing. Wanted to get out and walk but the central locking was on and he was my prisoner...Warmingg up nicely.
Four finns who had been to see Everton and hated the rags.
Drove round near the station and spied 2 blues in their shirts. It was a good long job...I gave them a discount...happy days.

But the best was the last..."Have you had a good night?"...."No"...."Why?"...."City beat us"...."Not your lucky night is it?"...."You a Blue?"...."You fucking bet I am"....Cheadle Hulme is a long way and a time being a rag in my company, especially after just losing at Wembley. I fucking love my job...it allows me to fully express myself....:-)

Have decided not to bother apologising to the neighbours for the noise as we scored. The girl upstairs is a noisy git anyway. My shouting, is probably the most exciting thing that has happened in ages for the old woman that lives across the block and the young rag who lives above her wouldn't have heard me from his bathroom, where he was probably searching for something sharp to slit his wrists...I hope he survives...I can get months of pisstaking out of him.
