Rewarding the direct debit is a joke, Ive been to every cup game bar one but could never opt in to a direct debit due to work.

My uncle had a 20£ restricted view seat for the semi, the view was fine but some lad swapped anyway so he could be with his son. There was a spare seat with me and my dad in 535 so he came with us at half time anyway.

If you have a group of 4 SC holders with loads of points on each card,how do you get the seats together if say only 1 of them can get along to the ground to get the tickets? Can one person turn up with all 4 and get the 4 together?

Yep, from the OS:

Any one supporter can purchase up to six tickets, using valid, qualifying Seasoncards. To purchase tickets on behalf of other supporters, the buying supporter must be in possession of each of the respective cards at the time of booking and be prepared to answer a number of security questions relating to each of the card holders including date of birth, postcode and card number

Doh! 3220pts. Fine for tht struggle this timee semi - my ticket was stamped 21499, but with the allocation to staff etc might struggle this time!

Theres still loads of points from years ago that haven;t gone on. They just show up as cancelled online.

This happened to my mate and he rung up and they put them on. I rung up , spoke to a woman who could I could barely understand and she said they were showing up as refunded (why would I ever cancel a city game?!) and there was no way to prove I'd been to the games. She said she'd phone back and never did...

City need to get decent people in the ticket office.

ive just been offered a 'club wembley' ticket for the final. Has anyone ever sat in these seats? is there an issue wearing city colours in that area?

How many loyalty pts do people think this will go down to?

I should be alright with 3250+ but my mate has only got 2900pts and is worried about not getting a ticket and is in two minds to get one off an agency now rather than wait to see if the club allocation comes down to 2900.
