Brazil legend Carlos Alberto admits Manchester City defender Micah Richards reminds him of himself in his playing days.
Carlos Alberto, who is regarded as one of the greatest players to ever play football, is a huge admirer of Richards and can see similarities with the Manchester City star.
The 1970 World Cup winning captain was a distinguished right-back himself and he believes Richards has a bright future ahead of him for club and country.
Speaking ahead of the 15th anniversary of the Brazilian Soccer Schools and in coordination with the launch of the organisation's ezine, KMF, Carlos Alberto told skysports.com: "He is only 22 and has the experience and knows what he wants and where he wants to go.
"He reminds me a little bit of myself. He can play with the ball well. I know his original position was midfield.

Future of England
Carlos Alberto expects Richards to become a regular member of the England senior side and has tipped him to even go on and captain his country.
"He plays in a top Premier League team," added Carlos Alberto. "Not enough English players are playing at this level regularly. He, to me, holds the key to the hopes of England for this coming generation.
"To me, possibilities for him to become a captain of the English national team seem a very obvious path for such a player.
"He even went out of the national team and has not complained or made a noise. He is just concentrating on playing well for his club."
