Ade's take seems reasonable and he doesn't go over the top about what happened, just seems to tell it from his perspective. It does however show how single minded Mancini is and if he doesn't like someone, he doesn't even talk to them.

""But the training wasn't strict enough and not well organised.
"Sometimes we'd stop after 20 minutes and then those of us who were not in Mancini's starting 11 would be made to stand on the side and watch for the next 45 minutes.
"I had never seen anything like it before in my life, not at Monaco, not at Arsenal and not here at Real Madrid."
I think at the start it wasn't that well organised and I think I said that fairly early when I compared the training regimes but that has changed a lot over time and now it is very clearly well planned and organised. As for strict enough he might have a point as well.It all depends what he means by not strict enough.I am continually surprised at how the players seem to be slow and maybe even late coming out.100% no urgency in that aspect but could he be pointing the finger at some he thinks don't train hard enough? There were a few and there maybe times where an individual could work a little harder but I would say that isn't a problem within the squad.
The issue of stopping and what happens to those not in the 11 is true to a point but he is exagerating a little.I have reported many times that Mancini will take an 11 to work with on attacking/defending or whatever and when that happens the rest don't do much more than play keep ball circle or some sort of fitness exercise. That's most of the time but there have been occassions where those not involved have watched. Not often, not recently.
