Nothing concrete, just Mancini's opinion (which obviously counts for alot). Either way Tevez gives his all while wearing the shirt which is all you can ask nowadays.

When exactly did Tevez make this statement to Mancini? Sounds to me is was at the time of the trfr request which was 4 to 5 months ago. I think he showed in just 10 minutes tonight the quality he has compared to whatever else we have.

His quality in beyond doubt - I think the likelihood that he will leave is too. Would love him to stay, but like teh majority, think he is gone.

If he goes he goes but I am sure we will get top quality in to replace him. If he stays I would be delighted.

I hope Carlos leaves with a bang. Hattrick in the FA Cup final will do!

lads we have an attachment to city, Carlos doesnt. he is not a city fan and to be fair if i was a footballer id want to play in england, spain and italy(to prove myself in various leagues) and to collect signing on fees bearing in mind footballers retire around 34?

lets applaud him the guy was a major factor in the turnaround at our club someone better will replace him

agree?

Quite strange that no English media outlets are running with this and even stranger that people would jump on his back after a story that has come out of Italy (even though I believe that's what happened back in December, as long as you get rid of the Italy bit).

And you're right Doug, 10 minutes on the pitch and it made me realise what we've missed. Good to see him stay to the last with Nige as well, I'm just hoping it wasn't a last farewell.

good point if all the team did that at end we could question forced????? but just him and nige?? im swaying towards media bollox trying to upset our camp. if he does want to go he obviously has an emotional attachment with the fans so lets return it for good service done

Ten minutes on the pitch and he showed more passion, belief, better touches, more fight than Balo and Dzeko have done for a whole month.

Cut the fucking guy some slack,TEVEZ TO START ON SATURDAY.
He was never me,me,me but always you, you, you

I dont see how inter could afford him.

60 million minimum, the best striker in the premier league and would score probably 45 in his first season in italy if he went.

If its a player plus cash deal and we get sneijder then im fine with that. Dzeko and balo arent as good as tevez but with the service silva and sneijder would give they dont need to be.

Would be funny to hear th erags new opinion of sneijder after he came to us even though he is "nailed on" to go to them.
