Now far from merely speculating whether that is true or not, what I really wanted to ask is how would you feel about that. If for some reason he can't work with Mourinho, as some rumours suggest, there are only a few clubs who could possibly take him. I doubt the Italians will cover his wages or the fee so it would come down to us or Chelsea.

I've been told by a rag mate that Ronaldo still has a house in this area. I doubt he'd give a shit about any phoney loyalty to rags if we offered him the best deal & prospects. It's all down to whether Real & Jose want to keep him or cash in imo. If he leaves, we'll probably get the cunt.
