We have to put out the strongest most physical team possible, mine:
Hart,Richards,kompany,Lescott,Kolarov.De jong,Milner,Yaya Toure,Balotelli,Silva,Johnson.
A MIX OF SKILL BUT WITH BATTLERS TO DO THE JOB.
I am City til I die,
I am City til I die,
I know I am,I'm sure I am,
I am City til I die.

Hart
Richards
Vinny
Lescott
Zabba
Barry
Nige
Yaya
Silva
Balo
Tevez

Is what I think Bobby will go with. Can't work out whether Balo has been dropped for the last couple of games or rested for the final as Bobby thinks he needs him. I think it's the latter and I think he'll play.

Wouldnt have Balotelli anyway near the field against Stoke, as one physical challenge and he will lose his nut and get into trouble.

9 of the team picks itself and the only spots up for grabs are Milner or AJ on the right, and Tevez or Dzeko up top.

Id say he gambles on getting 60 mins from Tevez and plumPs for Milner leaving AJ to come off the bench.

I would go for last nights line up with only 2 changes. Barry for Milner (more diciplined in midfield) & Tevez for Johnson (quality from Carlos and lack of heart from Johnson). Bench SG, PV, JM, MB, AJ, SWP & AK

Tevez must start. He did more in ten minutes on Tuesday night than Dzeko did all game and he's the only player on the team, except maybe Silva, who can make something out of nothing.

Spot on pal. That's exactly with what I'd go with.

If this is Tevez' farewell party, you can be sure it'll be a special game from him.

I'm not as nervous as I was in the last few days - not because I feel we played well, because we didn't really - its probably because the pressure of fourth is off and the lads can give everything they have left to make sure we win this cup.

COME ON CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night's team except Barry in for AJ with Milner playing in AJ's position, plus Tevez in for Dzeko. AJ poised to make an impact from the sub's bench. If circumstances allow, Ballotelli to come on at some point (maybe Tevez wont be able to last the whole game)

Balotelli is too much of a risk to start; Tevez looked fine enough to me last night to start him. He'll be buzzing from the off and we should go for the jugular to kill them off early.
Kolarov is too suspect, defensively, as is Johnson, who's got too predictable, going forward.

I've been one of the few here to regularly defend Barry who's been underappreciated over the course of the season but I think Milner should be given a chance to operate from a more central position with Ya Ya restricting his forward runs to the minimum: he'll get knackered very quickly, albeit he seemed to be taking one long breather last night.

A quarter fit Tevez is more dangerous than Dzeko. Same team as last night except Tevez in for Dzeko.

If Tevez was close to starting against Stoke he would have played more than 10 mins against Spurs.

he looks like he has put on some weight and he has missed 5 weeks of football. Not the preparation you would like for a Wembley final.

I'd like him on the bench to come on after say 70 mins. Better impact if struggling with his fitness when his opponents are tired and he can give his all

He's still a million times better than any of our other forwards. He did more in 8 minutes last night than Dzeko did in 90.

Have to say he looked really sharp when he came on against Spurs... I am also tempted to start him to have a right go at Stoke straight away and take him off when we are hopefully ahead later on if he struggles.
