Penalty shootout

Who would you want to step up?

For me

our strikers
silva
kolarov
yaya
Adam Johnson
Nigel

I reckon Vincent would take responsibility for one.

Balotelli takes a nice pk. Teve has a good record with us, but he really just blasts the ball. That being said I would take:

Tevez
Balo
Silva
Yaya
Barry
Milner
Kompo
Johnson
Zabba
Kolarov
Lescott

In that order( assuming we had to go that deep)

I've revised. I don't want Silva or Gazbaz anywhere near it.

Don't know CFFR. Silva is too small to take a pen (stupid I know) plus Gazbaz lacks the mental toughness.

Barry used to take all the spot kicks for Villa did he not?

For me;

Barry
Tevez
Yaya
Silva
Milner (if he's on the pitch, he used to take Villa's and has scored a penalty in a final before)

balo
Tevez, although he never makes me feel confident
Kolarov (then repair the hole in the net)
Hart - he's too cocky to get nervous
Yaya
Vieira
Milner
Kompany
De jong

We've got so many players who've been in finals before, I'd be really confident about penalties. I just don't think the pressure would affect them as much as choke, sorry, stoke.

I really think if it came down to this then Hart would want to take one.

Not gonna happen really confident of a 2-0 win in normal time but theoretically my choice would be

Super Mario
Carlos
Silva
Yaya
